The truck was filthy there was a water bottle with pee in it and trash and empty soda cans trash in the back of the truck that I had to clean out and throw away

Very basic services - truck; provided my own blankets, two-wheel. Truck was clean, tank full, service - ie signing the paperwork - very easy.
mary mThe truck had trash in the back with the moving blankets unfolded thrown in the back. The truck had iless than an eighth of a tank of gas and the guy said to bring it back at the same amount. I left more gas than that when returned and was still charged for fuel cost. I was unable to use the app when placing my reservation as well
MARY FThis isn’t about this location, but it was quite annoying to keep getting texts throughout the day. We were in the middle of moving and I kept getting texts. I even got one asking when I was returning the vehicle, but when we got to the location, there were 8 vehicles already there. I didn’t appreciate feeling rushed, and I didn’t need Uhaul to keep checking on me throughout the day.
Amanda FAs a female, this location felt sketchy. Only one person was running it, and my daughter and I had to step out of the way 3 times so he could ring up other customers. The aisles were tight, and it felt unsafe even in broad daylight.
