There were extra charges placed that should not have been there. We rented a U-Haul just a few months ago and the total wasn’t even $40 now this time it’s $66 which is ridiculous. The gentleman that checked us out when we brought the truck back was very rude! Made us go out and take pictures of everything for him. And then fussed out us about where we parked our car. No one told us where to park our car at. No one told us that we would need to take pictures of the gas gauge or of the mileage. They refused to go out and check any of it.
