How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe left back tire was flat. Didn’t notice until I was on the road. Had to stop 4 times on the way from st. Pete to Sarasota to put air in. There was a crack in the windshield. I was given the truck 3/4 full and told to return the same. I did but was still charged for not filling to full.
David AHad to go down the street to another location to fill out the paperwork in a smelly convenience store and then go back to the booked location for the truck. Lost 30 minutes of our rental time. Then we were given the wrong keys to the wrong vehicle. Not a smooth experience.
Nina TThis location was fine but I originally reserved a van, and I was sent to this location because my original reservation was booked over. I was inconvenienced in my overall U-Haul rental experience.
EDWARD LRemove the junkies and homeless from the pickup location.
