There was one major issue with this rental. The service was good on site. The lady was helpful and fast. No issues. What was a problem was that I had to use part of a day off to drive an hour to pickup a piece of equipment that I booked months in advance for my home city. That is totally unacceptable on the part of uhaul.

BRIAN DI didn't enjoy having to drive 45 min from my preferred location (where I asked to rent from) each way to pick up the trailer. There has to be a better way to do this.
