We returned afterhours and that process was easy. It was hard to determine where to pack, as the lot was very full. We did not speak with personal...there is not an option for NOT APPLICABLE.

The people working the stores should be educated in how to put the trailers on. Mine unfortunately came off hit my car in the middle of traffic
