Have been a good customer of U-Haul. Surprisingly this place is the worst in terms of service. The drop off location was a last-minute change. At first the attendant R stated that I will be charged $200 to change sites. A simple phone call did not validate that. Second, he asked me to disconnect the equipment 5x8 trailer and push it into its spot between two other trailers. It was sloped upwards so I had to push uphill. I strained my back doing so. Also I had a broken finger. Before I left I made sure everything was ok. Attendant R said that the equipment or the trailer was not yet in enough so he asked me push it further in. At this point, I declined because I did not think it was right for U-Haul expose the customer to injury and that in my past experience, it was the personnel who handled this matter. He did not even inspect the equipment, he did not even verify that the dolly was inside. Rather dishonest and lazy.

KENNETH BThe individual apparently in charge was primarily dedicated to operating the C-store. The U-Haul effort is an add-on venture. His communication skills were hampered, in my opinion, as an English-second language speaking individual. As a U-Haul customer my effort was interrupted several times by C-store customers. No hook-up assistance was offered nor provided. It was 100% self service. Standard U-Haul text links requiring customer photos of equipment condition to be uploaded were not received. I pointed it out to the agent. He replied “it’s okay”.

Mitchell SEasy process and easy location to get to. Had trouble with the hitch on trailer as it was a new type for me, however the employee was quick to come and assist and get me going. Will use this location again for my rental needs
