darren kReserved 20 ft truck it was not there for pick up. Told It was taken to a different location earlier in week. There were 15ft truck there asked to switch reservation.i was told be done .I was given main U-Haul number. Dorothy said she couldn’t help that was something the scheduling dept handled but they didn’t open until 9am. I had to make a new reservation online and now have to try to cancel 20’ ft truck reservation. Very frustrating since I was paying people to help me and this transaction took longer. Exhaust leak very loud
