Trailer was old and dirty. Absolutely gross. Green mold inside and out. Pick service was poor and not accommodating. Barely spoke English. Didn't help with the equipment set up.

Pick a different location for turn in or pick up. One that actually cares about its Uhaul customers rather then the mini mart. Truck was turned in early, but not checked in till the next morning..late.
CHRISTOPHER OThis location is a convenience store. The dude working basically just told me where to park the truck. Not rude but not exceptionally friendly. I did get a charge for 2 gallons of gas, which I thought was kind of nitpicky. I mean it would be much easier when you pick up the truck that it is on full and return it on full. Trying to pump it back to exactly the amount is arbitrary.
TERRI NHave been a good customer of U-Haul. Surprisingly this place is the worst in terms of service. The drop off location was a last-minute change. At first the attendant R stated that I will be charged $200 to change sites. A simple phone call did not validate that. Second, he asked me to disconnect the equipment 5x8 trailer and push it into its spot between two other trailers. It was sloped upwards so I had to push uphill. I strained my back doing so. Also I had a broken finger. Before I left I made sure everything was ok. Attendant R said that the equipment or the trailer was not yet in enough so he asked me push it further in. At this point, I declined because I did not think it was right for U-Haul expose the customer to injury and that in my past experience, it was the personnel who handled this matter. He did not even inspect the equipment, he did not even verify that the dolly was inside. Rather dishonest and lazy.
