They had everything ready for me on my scheduled pick up.
RONALD HMake sure the vehicle is clean. The windows were dirty, covered with bugs and dirt. I had to clean them so I could see. There was still paperwork in the truck from the previous customer. It smelled like smoke inside the vehicle.
MARK BThe van was clean inside, but outside was filthy. It needed a bath. I could not see out the windows, I had to stop at the car wash and spend $$ just so I could see out the windows.
MARK BPiss poor experience I ordered a 15’ truck online a week in advance an hour before pick up they didn’t have a truck for me. They were also very rude about it. I will never rent u haul again
