The pickup truck I rented was dirty inside, with a strong disgusting smell. It resembled a dog kennel, with animal hair and the horrible stench. I spoke with the Asst Mgr about it, she was aware, and kindly discounted my charges for the inconvenience. That truck needs a thorough cleaning . But Cindy was quite understanding…great customer service.
