We reserved the auto transport over a week in advance. The day before we get an email notification that the pick up location had moved to somewhere over an hour away from us!! That is absolutely ridiculous and lacks customer service. There was no phone call or anything just an email not even asking if that work for us. Very inconsiderate. U-haul should've figured out how to get a transport to the requested location. There was plenty of time in advance to figure that out and not make someone travel over 60 miles without speaking to them first about it. Then when we call and speak to someone they are rude and unapologetic!!!! Should've received a much better discount than $36 for a transport that was costing us over $400 due to the inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Parking lot was a mud hole.
LYLE MI did not get a receipt with the total I spent.
LEONARD CI would recommend customers come in during hours of operation. I had a hard time getting my rental this time around which is odd. The rental vehicle wasn’t in a convenient spot and there was a U-Haul padlock on the back latch which had to be sawed off by another U-Haul truck provider.
