They did not help me. I had to call U Haul themselves to receive any help. I ended up staying there for an hour trying to figure out how to get my rental truck.

The pickup was fast and easy, I was even able to extend my rental over the phone with the 1-800 number just like the other locations. However, using the mobile pickup charged me for the highest insurance for 3 days. When I was expecting $15 a day totaling $45 for insurance but when I went to drop it off it charged me $90. Automatic $10 and some change for gas. Charged me 30 extra miles than what I drove. And in order to complete the drop off I had to be charged all the charges. I was told I would be reimbursed pending legitimate errors. So overall I was charged an extra $45 for insurance and extra $10 and some change for gas and an extra 30 mi and I'm still not sure if I'm going to be reimbursed.
Amber BOn site personnel were not helpful and simply told me to call U-Haul to return truck. Also the U-Haul app did not work for my return.
Timothy KIt was easy to find and I appreciated the assistance! Too bad it is not closer to the airport, though.
Charlotte SU-Haul instructions not very clear how to return moving blankets or dolly when returning using 24/7 truck share. Just had to go in and ask the gas station employee.
