I was charged $35 for cleaning due to the presence of a couple of snails and some bugs that I somehow missed after sweeping the box truck front to rear. I’m feeling that this was more about personal phobias than an actual lack of cleanliness. I’ll not return to this location and will shop alternatives in the future.

JOSEPH AArrived at a peak time, no one was there. I waited an hour and called multiple times. Ended up turning in my rental on the uhaul site instead and called the location I picked the rental up to make sure it was ok. After concluding the drop off another customer arrived to do the same thing and I assume dropped off their rental the same way. Would not recommend this location for future rentals.
