I drop my truck and trailer off on Saturday. They were closed for the holidays. So no one was there. I only had the truck since Friday (that's two days) . Today I get billed for a extra day ,$92 dollars. I know this place has 📷 but I guess they are two lazy to look at them. I did use the app when I dropped it off on Saturday. Today I get my bill for the 92 extra dollars and call customer assistance and they refunded me, they were a great help and nice.
FRANK GI had an appointment to pick up my uHaul on November 24th at 9. There was no one there. so, i had to call and they said they did not know that they had a rental and it would be half an hour before they could get there. it was over half an hour before they got there and when they started to process my rental they did not have the equipment that i requested. They also were having problems with the computer so they said and the who time the guy was cussing because he kept screwing up the changes that had to be made due to not having the requested equipment. I asked if they could do any reduction on my price due to them not being there at the requested time and also not having equipment that was ordered. he then said they make no money off the uhaul rentals and would not give a discount! They were not professional.

GREGORY BWiper blades needed replacement. Headlights did not illuminate road very well. Very bumpy ride. No auto speed control. Manual windows???
