The staff was friendly and tried to help but the inventory system was messed up. There was not a vehicle for us. We had to drive 45 mins away (Salisbury) to pick up a truck. We lost 1.5 hrs of our time and had to pay for more gas. The area manager was not available to help resolve the situation

vincent pThe truck was not in great shape, the doors were very hard to close all the way and it was not clean in the cab. I think it was just an older truck it was fine for in town we had no problems.
