Man who helped me return tried to see if I was charged for the larger truck I was given, but nothing in the contracts shows the rate, so he could not verify. Friendly and helpful.

Small thing, I wanted to leave my car there while I had the rental, they didn't have room and said it was better if someone if I had a ride there.. everything else was great, it would have been nice to not have to secure a ride to and from the rental site.

Both at pick up and return it was clear that staffing is an issue at this location. In fact after waiting 15-20 minutes in line to return, I found the online return and returned the trailer that way.

Keep your end of the contract! We paid for insurance, and have received no coverage still, 3 months later, for the incident that occurred. I need someone to contact me about this matter and get working on Uhaul/repwest’s end of the deal, because we are seeking legal advice over this. You’re trying not to keep your end of the deal! VERY SHADY!

We think it is totally unfair and unethical to require people to rent the trailers for 2 days minimum. We only needed it for 5 hours so we feel paying for 24 hours would have been fair but to be required to pay for 2 days is unethical. We took the trailer back after 5 hours. I’m sure that trailer will be rented tomorrow and so U-Haul will get double payment for that trailer tomorrow. We will always check out U-Hauls competition from now on after this experience.

The Manager herself provided terrible customer service. She was fine when I picked up the truck but on my return she could not get off the telephone to help or answer the outside checkin man's question. She stood up and walked with the phone to the back area, however she was totally visable from where I was standing at the check in desk. I waited for ten minutes and then the outside man came in to ask the question and she waived him off because she was too too busy on the phone. The question was if I could get credit for returning the unopened bundle of blankets that we did not need. A few minutes later I gave up and went outside. At that point there were four other trucks in line behind me to be checked in. When the outside man got back to me,: I told him to forget it and just get my bill and get me out of there. So you owe me for the blanket charge which the Manager was too too busy on the phone to answer the question. This whole time the other clerk was busy helping two other customer renting vehicles etc. POOR customer service.

It took 3 days for them to close out this contract prompting an email from the UHAUL asking why I had not returned the trailer when I had. A person moving has enough stress to deal with without issues like this Apparently they are understaffed or too busy or both.

I I reserved my truck online and originally reserved a 15 foot truck and an appliance dolly. When I picked up my truck I found out that that particular location only has 10 foot trucks. I wish the online registration had told me that a 15 foot truck wasn't available at that location so I could have canceled that reservation and chosen a different location. By the time I realized it it was too late to cancel. Very unsatisfied with that feature.

Fuel was supposed to be full, but I photographed gage as I departed rental location, which showed below full. Fill up after forty miles was 7.4 gallons. Should have been closer to three.

Y'all's car dolly is not stable when empty. I cannot go above 35 without it jumping everywhere. This is very unsafe and not a pleasant experience. The ramps when stowed are very noisy because of so much give and no rubber padding.

the guy, Travis(?) who was at the counter when I picked up was very courteous and helpful. The gal who checked me back in was very rude and had terrible customer service skills. I rent from this location several times a year and generally have a good experience. I will need to rent again this month and I will consider using a different location due to the gal who was so rude to me. I gave them an average score because most UHaul locations suffer from too few staff to check in/out the customers so I am used to having to wait a long time

The fact that we could only drop the unit at a specific location rather than any location in the area was really inconvenient but otherwise no complaints

The rental boxes were disgusting. I had to clean them out before I could even use them. Also, they said it was ok to return to a different location. However, this was incorrect. I then had to spend a few hours on my day off to drive to the other location, pick up the boxes I already returned, and deliver then to the other location. The Murry location was ZERO help in this process. The employee literally said, “I just closed the bill and figured you would work it out.” So I originally got charged $120 on boxes I already returned. Overall, this was completely ridiculous. The whole reason I used U-Haul was to simplify the moving process, and this location caused a bigger headache than every. Just such an awful experience.

I, and others, waited in line over an hour to pick up the truck we had reserved, which messed up the whole day's schedule.

I started with 7/8 tank of fuel, drove 17 miles and put in 2 gallons of fuel. At that point the fuel gauge showed 3/4 tank, so I put in another 1.5 gallons (Costing $4.39) at which point the tank showed full. I think that a faulty gas gauge made me put in the extra fuel unnecessarily. Otherwise the rental was great.
