I have rented from here before. Always in the past that they have wanted until I return the equipment before they charge my account. How ever this time $169 was removed before I returned the truck that was less than $45

I was not told pick up time and I was not told to clean up the truck and then later I was charged for all of these things that they never told me to do. When I went to drop off my truck at an affiliate location the man sat in the truck while I try to sweep it and harassed me to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I had to call my husband to have him come get me before my rideshare arrived.

Get rid of the 5 by 8 cargo trailers with roll up doors. The swing outdoors function the best. The roll up doors get jammed the Springs go out the load shifts and pins and clothes as well as the locks get jammed in the ring

All I wanted to do was rent a truck for a clearfield to clearfield move, and ended up, having to drive not only once to salt lake/west valley area to get a truck, then I had to drive all the way back to drop it off, and so a move that should have been, half a day ended up being $143 dollars and some change full day later. and 66 of that was miles at 99 cents a mile. No discount offered for inconveinance and for sure no courtesy from anyone I tried to speak to, no one was helpful and all had attitudes, I was told by Christy the traffic control manager, that she wasn't going to listen to me at all or the situation. She didn't try to descalate any situation she made it all worse. I don't believe she should continue to work as a manager without having some sort of serious customer service skill class and throw in some anger stress relieving classes also on how to be more professional to customers and listen and not deny a customer the right to talk. Also she refused to give her bosses name she said there is no one higher then her. When there really is perhaps the owner or does she tell him what to do? In all the years of being a customer in 3 different states, this is the first disrespected I've ever been treated by your company and no I wouldn't recommend anything in favor of todays treatments towards me to anyone one I know friend or family or enemy. Your employees are selfish and disrespectful and rude and would bring the hate out of even mother teresa god rest her solo. Which is more then I could ever say about any of you at this time.

Make sure that the email for the account is right. Mine was wrong and I couldn’t check-in after hours. I tried several times and called customer service to get it fixed. They were able to change it, but The system wouldn’t let me create an account. I gave up after a half hour of trying between creating an account and talking to customer service. I tried again an hour later after I had been at home and it still wouldn’t let me create an account. The next morning the system finally let me create an account. The truck was great and did what I needed it too. I appreciate that it was very clean.

Customer service. The agent who helped me didn’t explain well what the agreement was. If I feel like I’m being taken for granted then I will be gladly going with a different company. You want customers to come back and refer uhaul. I don’t feel that the agent helped me to where I would use your service again.

Either get rid of the online stuff or fix it. Trying to reserve a vehicle online was such a nightmare that we gave up and went in person on a different day, at a different location.

Check the tire pressure of all tires before lending a truck to a customer. Provide a spare tire with the truck. Check and refill the windshield washer fluid before lending a truck to the customer, especially when roads are wet, causing muddy water from tires to sling onto the truck's windshield during driving.

I was unhappy with how I was asked to account for fuel usage at the end of my trip. The fact is - there was an error in how the fuel gauge was reported before I took possession of the van. I only drove it 20 miles, and a produced a receipt proving I purchased 2 gallons of gas just a couple miles away from the U-Haul store. The agent and I agreed that your van gets about 10 miles to the gallon, and that I drove 20 miles, and that I purchased 2 gallons of gas. Despite this common-sense approach to the problem, he still insisted that I pay the franchise $7 or that I go get some more gas. I was on official business that day, so I went and got an additional $5 worth of gas -- that I didn't need to get and that I did not use. Based on this, I am not inclined to use the franchise again. Consideration should be made for small variations in fuel consumption when other data (such as an odometer reading and a receipt) shows what was used and paid for.

I don't know why but i always get the oldest trailer at this location: rusted chains and some areas on the trailer as well. Some of the trailers i rented before didn't have wood attached to the wall inside the trailer so I was not able to tied up my stuff so my stuff ended up blocking the door which made it hard to open the door. I was so happy with the service you provided: modifying my rental and dropping the trailer after hours without any problems - Just a phone call! Thank You!!!

Coming from the east, it's sometimes kind of hard to get to this location. No left turn there, so have to go down a long ways to make a u-turn to get there..
