The only issue I ran into was that the trailir lights did not work when connected to my car. The service rep Cameron went through all the usual checks in the witing and fuses but we were unable to diagnose the problem. The service was great and The technical problem may well have been on my side with my vehicle. Overall a great rental experience besides having to aboid using it at night due to the lights not working.

Had the wrong size truck? If it was the wright size reserved we had no option for a smaller truck. No solutions offered. General Manager has horrible customer service and demeanor. Put in 3 gallons of fuel on 29 miles driven and was still charged $8.50. compared to other truck rentals we have done this was absolutely the worst. I will not use that location again, EVER. Upon checking out, the representative was going to charge me retail price for purchasing a 2 inch hitch ball. It was never mentioned on the website during the reservation process that I would need to provide my own ball or purchase one. I simply assumed that the hitch ball was included in the rental price of the trailer. I did not think to bring a hitch ball especially considering that the website never mentioned the size that would be required for the trailer I was renting. This should be made more clear. In the end, the representative did not make me purchase a hitch ball but instead rented me one included with the trailer price. I did have to buy a converter for a seven pin receiver to a four pin. This also was not mentioned on the reservation website portal. U-Haul should make this information more clear.

Clean the windshield/very filthy when picked up. Also, the truck had extensive cosmetic damage and a broken light inside the haul. A walk-around and looking inside with the associate would have been good to do. Also, wth happened to being able to pick up a truck at the nearest U-Haul??? I lived 1.2 miles from one of the largest U-Hauls in the country (55 E 3900 S, 84107) and they had 26' trucks, but only for "in-town" use? Making the customer drive extra miles to pick-up and return trucks to save your company a few man hours IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It costs me (the customer) time I do not have on moving day plus extra mileage I should not have to pay for (you could just roll that into the rental cost). It did not use to be like this. I used to be able to go to the nearest location, and if not, you guys would just send someone to get a truck for me (the customer). I promise you are losing OR will lose WAY MORE REVENUE because of this lack of service. Until you make the switch back I will not being using U-Haul again. And I have used your service many times in the past. I will also be letting everyone I know as well. Not happy at all to have to waste my time to fetch your trucks from further distances.

Location was very understaffed. I had to wait a half hour to just return the truck. Someone took my keys finally and said they would e-mail me a receipt. That was 48hrs ago. I still have not received a receipt.

I only drove the truck under 7 miles and ended up putting 4 and a half gallons of gas in it. Then when I got back the employees apparently miss quoted me the price and charged me an extra 10 dollars more than previously agreed on even though I had to put gas in for the last client. They were also rude and condencending. No, I will not be recommending that particular store to anyone.

The staff are fantastic!! Very friendly and really helpful. Everything and everyone at this location are great. It took me a while to find the night key drop but I was tired from moving all day. A larger after hours key drop sign might be good for us fatigued folks.

The person at the desk had no clue how to enter a walk-in rental into the system and had to re-enter our address many times, and then found out he had to start all over. He had no clue how to use the tab key on the keyboard and wasted our time with all this.
