I was never called and contacted that the truck was not at the location that I booked it for (which is one minute from where I moved out of). So I went to the location I booked at, waited in line for almost an HOUR just to find out my reservation had been moved without contacting me!! I literally cried at the UHAUL office in Bountiful because I had been dropped off and now I had to call my parents to come pick me up and my entire move was delayed due to your mistake. All you had to do was communicate with me and you could not even do that. It was an absolutely terrible experience and your customer service is abysmal. Will not be using UHAUL ever again. You ruined my entire move.

ABUBAKAR AThe employees were polite, but the truck I rented was absolutely disgusting on the inside and poorly maintained. The windshield had 2 large cracks and the wiper blades were falling off. There was a small exhaust leak I could smell for the entire trip. And the trucks alignment has a very strong pull to the right. When I made the reservation, it was for over 2 weeks later. The day before the pickup, I got a call from Uhaul saying that the tow dolly was at another location. WHY??????? you had 2 weeks to get me the equipment. So then the guy at the pickup location says that he has one there that I can have. So then I had to deal with all new contracts.....AGAIN!!!!! And if that wasn't enough, as he was generating the new contract, suddenly the price jumped up over $400. The guy tried to get dispatch to rectify the problem, and the girl on the phone was useless and rude. So, Uhaul gets the big ole middle finger once again. I don't know where you guys are finding your employees, but, DO BETTER!!!!!
