I was over charged for services (after hours service) which I did not utilize
VIJAYDUTTA JPoor customer service at the location.
SUSAN WEnded up being transferred here from my original destination location. Small lot with trucks not parked correctly between lines. Small location.
STEVEN WThe location and staff were fine however you backend system and app when used for remote pickup (lock box) doesn't work. App gave me an error saying equipment not assigned, call this number. I can see the truck in front of me. The office wasn't officially open yet but a nice lady doing accounting or something tried helping me. The help desk could see I had a reservation, truck was there but we had to go thru hoops to try to get the app or back office support to get the code so I could get the key out of the lock box. Ended up the accounting lady was able to open the lockbox for me. Both the local person and help desk person says the problem happens a lot. W/o the accounting lady being in the office I would have been waiting around on my moving day.
