They had trash inside and old blankets from The previous renter. Than the a/c on the truck didn’t work in the Texas heat.

The gas was almost on empty and I let the hotel front desk know… he told me to fill it up exactly how it shows. I filled it up right about the empty line and I was charged for 2 gallons. The inside of the uhual was nasty not clean at all. I did call uhual customer service to resolve the extra charge but they asked me to send pictures of the gas tank range- luckily I took pictures and was able to provide pictures and I was refunded for the extra gas charge. I hope I don’t have to use this location again.

Noe QCustomer service was not good at all. The man at the front desk Ramon was rude. Then when I went back to return it was another man who didn’t seem to know what was going on. Bad communication And I think i was charged incorrectly
