The truck was not available at the location reserved. I was sent to another location. The young man at the reservation desk called around and found me the size truck I had reserved. He was very helpful, pleasant .

ERICA COver charged me on my fuel. My pre and post fuel pics were the same and I was charged for 6 gallons short.
