The vehicle is reserved was not available. The location agents offered up a larger unit at the same rate. I had no choice. I ended up spending more on fuel and doubled my anticipated costs. Again what choice did I have at 8pm on a Friday

Is the reservation I had the problem with and then my reservation was canceled and I did NOT get my lousy 5 % discount.. your customer service agents have terrible attitudes and need to be put in their place. They’re here to be helpful not to serve attitude. I wish I could find another company. I’m sick of UHaul.
ernest fUhaul truck was left in an unclean condition. There was dirt and trash inside cabin, cargo area had a foul smell of urine and a beer can was left inside.

Rebecca SCheck engine light was on at pick up and remained on the entire trip. I would like to never see a check engine light on unless there’s a real problem so I can enjoy my trip without worrying about a possible breakdown. Other than that I’am grateful that UHAUL exists.
