I picked up the van around 745pm using the mobile pick up option. The van was looked clean in the dark, but seeing it the next morning I saw some things that should have been cleaned before hand. I ended up spending about 40 minutes the next morning cleaning the van instead of moving. There was noticeable dirt in the back that I ended up cleaning out myself. The windshield was filthy and should have been cleaned before I picked it up. I cleaned it the best I could without taking it through a car wash and wasting more of my own time.

When returning the truck I was told that I had to park the truck myself in a tiny spot that if I was on my own would never had attempted. It took about 5 minutes to fit in the spot and once it was parked I could hardly open the door enough to get out of the truck. Not a helpful location and will choose another location if I rent another U-Haul in the future.

I thought this was a great way to pick up a truck! I needed to pick it up early on the weekend, and was able to use my phone and follow the very clear steps to pick up the truck I needed without ever having to speak with anyone for help. Y'all have a great system set up here.

Staff incapable of assisting with trailer hook-up. Trailer (6x12) parked facing downslope - insufficient chocks available. This presented a significant hazard to customer, customer's vehicle, and to u-haul equipment. This necessitated extreme exertion by customer. Customer had to go get a helper and pay him separately to mount trailer on ball. Trailer was stored one-and-one-half inches (no exaggeration) from next u-haul vehicle (truck). Maneuvering the trailer out took 20 minutes, including blocking a city street. Trailer was NOT CLEAN when customer arrived. U-haul staff had to spend several minutes sweeping vegetable material (alfalfa) out of trailer. I have rented ~15 U-haul products over the last 20 years. I have NEVER had as bad an experience as this pickup and I have NEVER posted a negative comment before. This location is NOT capable of assisting customers with pickup. This locations does NOT provide safe pickup environment. This location does NOT have staff capable of assisting customers with pickup. This location should NOT have a U-Haul sign. Or franchise. I've had sloppy and apathetic U-haul service, but NOTHING ever as bad as this. This was dangerous. Good luck.

Says 24 hour drop off, but when we called on Saturday to return it we were told there wasn't any room and "I don't work on the weekend." Asked if the equipment could be returned to a different U-haul location nearby and was told it would be a $50 charge. Couldn't return it until Wednesday, because my work schedule put me during their hours and since that 24 hour drop off was apparently not true... Incurred a late fee because apparently drop off "by Wednesday" doesn't mean by the end of day on Wednesday (returned at 1pm because they were on lunch when I initially tried). I will be reviewing this location elsewhere to warn people away from even just trying to drop off a U-haul or any other equipment. This was the worst I've ever been treated by U-haul staff, all just to return their equipment.

The truck kept stalling and would not go into reverse.

Change the time of closing from 6pm to 530pm. It causes an issue with scheduling when Uhaul doesn't have the correct closing time of the business.
