They charged me for an extra day when I returned the truck on the day I scheduled it to be returned for costing me an extra $77.00 for no reason.

I picked one location, then was rescheduled to a location further. Which means I would pay, since you pay by the mile. Then I requested an appliance dolly and they did not have one. The windshield wipers did not work which was a hazard since it was raining. The fuel gage was broken. Experience was horrible.

Alma CMy uhaul was missing the appliance dolly. I was in a hurry due to a delay in checking out and made the decision to leave without it. I am waiting for the refund for that piece of equipment. (not the location’s fault, uhaul was having a mass outage). Everything else was great. Easy pickup once we got through the outage, and return was easy as well.
