My uhaul was missing the appliance dolly. I was in a hurry due to a delay in checking out and made the decision to leave without it. I am waiting for the refund for that piece of equipment. (not the location’s fault, uhaul was having a mass outage). Everything else was great. Easy pickup once we got through the outage, and return was easy as well.
