We were told to pick truck up at 10:00am. The truck was in the street, no office, fenced ,locked. We called the number and it said it as a One Love Kitchen and it did not open till 11:00. Called U-haul number got passed to 3 different people. Could not get paperwork done on line kept kicking us out , wrong information. Finally they were able to get us in touch with a lady, she came out in her robe business through the fence. She was very pleasant but would not want to use that location again.

This is an awful place. It’s at a food truck location and not open at times it’s supposed to. I had to hook up the trailer myself, which I am sure is against policy. Also had to move other trailers out of the way to get to my trailer. Ridiculous
