The return process was a complete mess. I dropped off at original location that I agreed on on Sunday the 23rd. I had issues submitting the return information on the app. The next day, Monday the 24th I received I call to drop off at a different location and advised that I had already dropped off the prior night. I then received 3 more calls on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday asking when I was going to return equipment. I explained every single time that I had already returned since Sunday. I am not sure if the screw up was due to the app, but it was very frustrating.
Jessica MUhaul itself did not schedule my reservation properly. I got sent to this location to pick up my equipment but when I arrived they had no idea what equipment I needed and they took almost two hours to figure out this situation. I want to express that the staff working there were EXCELLENT and were doing their best to fix the problem, unfortunately they only had one 15fter that was on empty right off the bat and I had to go to another location to pick up the rest of the gear I needed.
ELLIOT BI stopped at the shop the day before pickup to confirm my rez. When I arrived the next day they sent me to a remote location to08
