Johnathan MLocation was great. UHUAL app was not as well as the customer service. Rep entered wrong data for mileage resulting in an overcharge. Waiting on refund. Waited over 30 minutes for response to text. When arriving. App did not work. Took close to 45 minutes to pick up vehicle through app.
