Only thing I didn't like was the unattended after hours checkin. First time it crashed while submitting pictures. Thought it was done. Went through whole process a second time. I get pictures for odometer, fuel level and even cleanliness but taking one more to show location was a little much. Since a surveillance camera could easily track based in n picture submittal time.SCOTT W.

I had accidentally reserved a truck for the following day. Josh helped me getting me a Uhaul truck within two hours. I was able to complete my move the same day. Just for FYI, I left an item in the vehicle I rented because the item (a packing pass behind the windshield mirror) was very small I was sure they could have missed seeing it when they clean out the vehicle. I called and gave the information to one of the personal over the phone and he said he would investigate and return my call; he never did. First of all you should repair the A/C!!! I drov the truck all the way to Poteet, TX without the A/C working properly. It would kick on and you could hear it, but no air was blowing out of the vents. We tried all the settings and nothing helped. It was hot and humid even with the windows open! The A/C finally started working about 15 mins before I dropped it off. It finally decided to stay blowing cold air at that point. The radio did not work at all. It wouldn't turn on or even display the time. So on top of it being hot and sweaty in the truck it was also quite boring! Had I known the radio didn't work or have hands free for my phone I would have taken my AirPods! This was by far the worst experience renting from this location. I was so disappointed!!!!Rebecca G.

I rented the trailer from you for one 24 hour period. Upon getting the trailer the paperwork did not match the trailer I received. The attendant informed me that I should take that trailer and I would receive an updated contract. I agreed and went about my business. I used the trailer with no problems. I cleaned the trailer and returned it an hour earlier than the deadline in good working order. The location was busy and when I returned the trailer the attendant unhooked the trailer and informed me that all was in order and I would receive a receipt via email. Well a few days pass and I am being charged for trailer rental for addition days that I did not have the trailer. This is a form of theft by your company and unacceptable. I contacted the store and was told it is a mistake and in three to five business days I would receive the money back. This seems to be a standard practice at uhaul. Why do you steal from customers? I don't trust that I will receive my money back. Please advise what your actions are to address the situation you have caused. Thank you and look forward to your immediate responseNathan B.

Nothing, I came to this location because the manager at the Grissom location was extremely rude and arrogant. I rented a trailer for the same three days and returned it a few hours later. I will never go to that location again. Your location will be my stop from now on.DENNIS C.

We originally attempted to drop off at Helotes at 10681 W Loop 1604 N San Antonio, TX 78254 The woman there was so incredible rude I will probably never use Uhaul again. Not all of my equipment I rented was at the location. I ended up having to go to another location over 20 minutes away. It was truly a bad experience with uhaul. The location didn't even know I was supposed to get a auto transport with the order. If it isn't the locations fault for scheduling then Uhaul online needs to update their items that are at each location when something is turned in. Don't allow people to rent and reserve items that aren't in stock.MICHELLE F.
