The owner bill was the rudest!! Not helpful at all. He made me feel uncomfortable and I felt like he was being racist towards my boyfriend and his father. Another African American women was after us and she also said that the owner was very rude. I will not be going back.

I make reservation and time to pick up they not have the dolly and when I ask why they did call me and let me know the laid just told me she has some personal problem and if I want cancel truck, and the receipt they say will be email me I never get.

The guy that received the truck was being rude specially when I was trying to explain things to him made me wanted not to want to come back ever to Uhal at all and I saw him being rude to another customer as well. I wasn't excited explained to check the miles at the beginning of the rental and the miles were off by 2 mile of what they charge me I know because I took a picture and I showed it to them and I was told that since I didn't say anything at the beginning there was nothing they could do. Over all bad experience

I used your online speed process. It did not work. The van I reserved three days before pick up was not available. I had to wait in the counter for new paperwork. Desk staff was courteous and know their work. A little tech improvement would give you a higher rating. I preferred to make payment online than to give my credit card # over the phone to someone I don't know that did not work at the location where I pick up the truck.

I am a woman that stands 5' in statute. I rented an pick-up that had no running boards or anything to assist in getting in the truck. Imagine that sight, either a step stool or running boards would make this rental complete.

Misscommunication had a reservation at rigsby but some kind of way there was miscommunication David helped me out switched my reservation to the site but when I got there it was not booked they kept insisting I would have to go to second floor it was a long frustrating move but it got settled but the worker there was very nice and very helpful he took off uhaul trailer and showed excellent customer service

I called for a location on the southwest side of town, they redirected me to the northeast area of town!!! Very inconvenient. Also had trouble getting access card to work w/out setting off alarm. Room rates too high.

The best thing I can think of as far as any form of constructive criticism I want to suggest that you find a better Billing System because I was overcharged by about a hundred dollars and the only resolution the manager offered was to request a credit for the overcharged and then Bill me again for the proper charges this caused a reduction in my account of over $600 for a $270 rental. Whatever you can do to avoid this type of a mishap for other customers would be greatly appreciated. it I hope I never have to deal with a situation like that again
