We paid for and reserved a dolly and moving blankets and neither one were provided nor did they take it off the bill. Disappointing
RICKY MIt took 3 places to get a truck for my reservation. Not a big deal but the whole process took an hour and a half.

ROBIN HThe truck was used by another client and when I went to pick it up the truck was not checked in the attendance went out and said it has 1/2 thank of gas, when I get 9n she was right it has half tank but when I received the receipt I was charged for 13 gallons, I dob’t know why I have to -at for somebody mistake.
