I was not provided with the correct equipment. My husband made a second request at the same facility and had the same issue, and had to travel to a completely different location to get our equipment, then back to the Print 360 because the person there did not give us a box we ordered. Now we have to pay for those miles, all because uhaul apparently the person in charge can’t read orders.

The establishment was closed (After Hours), but we called Javier and he answered. We had no contact with Print & Ship or their personnel, but location was easy to maneuver with rental.
