The truck wash not maintained well mechanically. Lots of kicking with the transmission and the engine seemed to over rev while driving on the freeway. I had to fill up twice for a trip that should have only been once. Being obligated to pay the premium insurance again everyday the rental was extended is ridiculous. I should have the option to choose coverage. Getting charged an additional day after running late due to traffic over about a hour seems unfair after calling the store to give notice about my situation. I’d already paid for an additional 24 hours. If I’d known this I would not have rushed my unloading process. For what it’s worth… I should have hired movers. Spending over $600 including gas for a beat up truck is not worth it. This does not include the cost for help moving.

Over all it was a good experience and I was charged as agreed. The only downside was part of the reserved equipment was not available at the time of pick up and the AC could be cooler. Otherwise, good service and good equipment. Would use them again.

CHRISTOPHER RHad issue with app and took some time to get assistance from UHaul as outside store location hours. Process was not like what is shown in how to videos.
PAUL MInform customer if item requested is no longer available after order is submitted. I did not find out about them removing the Dolly off of my order until day of pickup.
