ANGEL HSignage lacking. Wouldn't have known it was part of U-Haul if I hadn't seen trucks on lot. Once on lot I was Unsure of where to park truck for return. Great friendly employees.

DARRIN WThe customer service was good and the vehicle was great. My low score is based on U-Haul itself. I reserved a utility dolly and 6 furniture pads. No pads available and an appliance dolly was substituted (which was fine). But according to the agent, U-haul doesn't track equipment inventory and allows renters to reserve items that are not available. And agent said U-haul has known about those unavailable items for "forever" and never sends any. This is just a terrible way to manage things.
