The easiest service I’ve ever used with Uhaul. The staff were attentive and kind and efficient. Easy pickup and very easy drop off! Recommend this location specifically!!
Amanda HIt was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone working in this location. I had technical difficulty retrieving the keys that led to a significant reduction in time. 45 minutes was what it took me to finally get my keys. This location is not only unresponsive but is also the one that has taken me the longest to understand their system is outdated and requires proof of employment and also two people to verify you that was extremely frustrating since I do not want to bother someone and let them know my business that I am renting a U-Haul. I will never be using the service again due to this lack of professionalism.
