Uhaul over charge first the truck I rented said $124.00 and I ended paying $158.40 x two,not only one time, but 2 times why they said one price then charge you a deferent higher price I definitely not renting from them again I rather go with someone else

ELIZABETH CThe drop off location was 90degrees inside and I payed for 50$ of gas and the tank filled at 134.15 and I called customer service they said I would get reimbursed half of my money back for gas after I turned it in I was told she placed notes and after I dropped it off they were so rude when I called my bank is over drawn this is not the way I wanted to move in my new home
cherish rThe truck did not have my dollies or cart inside, partly my fault for not checking but I assumed it would be inside. Otherwise it was a smooth process!
