Great experience with sign in as they are so nice and great experience in the drop off . I was a tad shocked at extra fee of $25 for cleaning as the tax and mileage and overall it adds up . But other than that very friendly staff and overall easy sign up and sign in and drop off .

Was charged a cleaning fee because it was pouring rain for the two days I had a cargo van. Had to contact customer support to get charge reversed after viewing images of what was considered dirty.
IAN GExcellent service from the beginning when I walked in to end when I returned the truck. I would definitely recommend and will be renting from this location again.
Ana CGas was not at half a tank. Cargo van had all sorts of dings and dents especially in the rear left door. It seemed to be damaged beforehand and it was hard to open and close.
JUAN LMy right windshield wiper came off during use. I can tell it was a new wiper blade. I was able to pull over and attach the blade properly for use
