How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat experience with sign in as they are so nice and great experience in the drop off . I was a tad shocked at extra fee of $25 for cleaning as the tax and mileage and overall it adds up . But other than that very friendly staff and overall easy sign up and sign in and drop off . The extra fee is a shocker at the end
Stephanie FWas charged a cleaning fee because it was pouring rain for the two days I had a cargo van. Had to contact customer support to get charge reversed after viewing images of what was considered dirty.
IAN GExcellent service from the beginning when I walked in to end when I returned the truck. I would definitely recommend and will be renting from this location again.
Ana CGas was not at half a tank. Cargo van had all sorts of dings and dents especially in the rear left door. It seemed to be damaged beforehand and it was hard to open and close.
