The self pick up and return are awesome! I had a mix up at the return where I was being charged over 100k! I had called customer support and they were able to help me through the process. I had been informed to not pay for that amount and call the business when they open through the week. I had called but got a voicemail. I explained my situation over the voicemail. I had not received a call back. Instead, I received a receipt in my email with the CORRECT charges! I was only charged for the 28-30 miles. Who ever heard the voicemail definitely listened and took care of everything!

I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul truck at 2pm. I arrived to this location at 1:50 pm and it was closed. There was a sign that said they would open at 2:30pm. A woman eventually opened the door at 2:45pm and was very unprofessional. I checked with this location 3 times to confirm that my pickup time was 2pm. I will never come to this place again.

Having someone physically there would be essential. I was not aware no one would be there when i picked up the truck and the online check out system did not when properly. I had to be checked out and checked by dialing in

Really cramped location. Entrance was not very obvious. Challenging for self-return because there was barely room to fit the 15-footer in the small parking space that already had two other uhaul trucks. Business normally open on Sundays until 8pm, but was closed on day of return.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and you can tell she really cares about the customer. They had a large selection of vehicles from pick trucks to vans to long box trucks. the process was quick and easy with no confusion, she made sure you understood everything you were signing for, unlike most people that just throw papers in your face 10 out of 10.

There was no locks for the back of the uhaul & when I inquired about one I was told I could purchase one. Ive used uhaul in the past & there has always been a chain & lock for the back of the uhaul, when there wasnt I was simply given one to put on it.

Situation: It took 50 minutes to check out a pre-reserved 15' moving truck because of software/systemic computer issues. Possible solution: Update/swap out hardware/software etc. causing the delays. Situation: The truck had a sticky substance (soda pop?) on the inside which the attendant cleaned before I departed the premises. Possible solution: Check/inspect/clean equipment before customer arrives to take possession.
