This location is a liquor store and the man behind the counter had zero interest in helping us. We were there during regular business hours but were required to do the turn in ourselves through the app. We were unfamiliar with the ap so called Avery Muffler for guidance... Dukes liquor is on a busy street in San Diego, Ca. The only parking is on the street so in order to take photos I had to run out in the street during a break in traffic. It seems that could be a problem for someone that may not be quick enough on their feet to get the required photos, especially since the staff wouldn't come out and help. I would never recommend or do business at this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got there at 3pm and my truck was there. I lost an hour of time I paid for playing phone tag. The liquor store even just told me what number to call to get the keys released etc. I just wish since I couldn’t access my truck till 4pm after phone tag and taking my photo 100000 times they started my timer at 4 instead

Charles RFalse information on the mileage charged. The mileage doesn’t match the “out” nor “in” records on the receipt. I was charged 5miles more than I drove. The U-Haul vehicle itself had a giant hole in the roof of the cargo area. And the interior of the cab was not maintained at all with other people’s belongings left behind.
