False information on the mileage charged. The mileage doesn’t match the “out” nor “in” records on the receipt. I was charged 5miles more than I drove. The U-Haul vehicle itself had a giant hole in the roof of the cargo area. And the interior of the cab was not maintained at all with other people’s belongings left behind.

The biggest problem with this location is that there is no place to park. I had to park on the street when dropping it off. The person working was very helpful.
TODD SI was charged for furniture pads when I did not receive any. The lady at the register was extremely rude and not helpful. She did not know what she was doing and she yelled at me because I didn’t know how to close out.
Josue CI asked for mobile pick up and I completed the pick up and no hey was found. I had to go inside and then employee stated he had to call dispatch, who kept hanging up on him. Then when I asked about the dolly, he stated he wasn’t sure where it was and proceeded to give me their store dolly. The cabin was dirty and tired looked like they were going to pop. Horrible experience.
