Initially, I requested via online and declined the insurance. Some strange reason I was not able to submit request. I called. I was helped by a phone representative. After my rental return I discovered I was charged the insurance. One, I did not want the insurance. Two, representatives should ask or make it known that the charge will be applied that way the customer has the opportunity to agree or disagree with the charge.

KYLE SI'd like to apologize for using the Uhaul for a longer extent than rented. My intention to pay for more time was something I tried and wanted to achieve. I became homeless and needed a place to keep my belongings and rest my head, no excuses. My trip to jail wasn't worth it, but a learning lesson. I am willing to agree to a payment plan to pay the arrears, please contact me on how we can achieve this please. I am on low income SSI.
