While using self-checking on the app , some steps can be done before starting the process. Like upload driver license etc. which I think improves self-check user experience and save time.

Everything went very well. The truck was quicker than I thought a truck of this size would be! All in all a very good experience.



Everything was very good except the way whole process went. I was told there will be a person to meet you near the pick up truck to do the initial check and signing the docs. When i went there, I could not find anybody and then i went to office and the guys said if you do not see anybody there just fill the for yourself and bring it over to sign. He did not tell me this earlier. So i walked to truck again and did the vehicle check and brought it back to office again. Couple of rounds back and forth when it was not expected.

I've always loved this place, and it's because of the people. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, confident, and FULL service. Honestly, I've never had anyone completely hookup and then later disconnect a trailer no questions asked, it was his job and that's it. With a personal and genuine smile. And the folks indoors, management included, wow... I've been all over the world (I'm a commercial pilot) and this seriously has to be the best U-Haul location in the U.S.... and if not, let me be the first to cast my vote.

Supplies & equipment not in vehicle as promised causing time delay for movers costing me additional $. Truck was a POS according to driver with 11 yrs experience driVing uhaul trucks. Gas mileage of 5 mpg. Not a happy customer here. Mark

The truck didn't have docking/slide equipment. When I reserved it online there was one shown but the actual truck has none. The customer parking is not supported on this location. Confusing where we should go out as there is no parking in the premises.

I was not told a hold of $80 was being placed on my card and then the unused amount would be refunded to me. Something I DEFINITELY would want to know. Also was told that the $10 insurance was basically a necessity. And was NOT told that it's possible that MY insurance covers me. Which I found out, it does. When I mentioned my concerns to the manager, she seemed very unconcerned and stated that I could only change our agreement 15 minutes after I signed it. Stood behind the "policy" I worked customer service for years. Something can always be done. She just didn't want to. Good for her. She got her $10. But that's it. I will explore the other MANY options that are popping up to move furniture next time I need to.



Well for starters not charge my credit card 4 different amounts when I only authorized 2 of those amounts. Basically an extra $105 was charged to my card and the store location would not take it off. They said I needed to call my bank and dispute it with them. What kind of business is this that you over charge your customers. I will not recommend this location nor the UHaul company entirely. You need to take care of this. I want a refund for my entire rental in the amount of $100, because you held up an extra $105 in my bank account that I couldn't use. That was a huge inconvienence. Also your facility was not very customer friendly at all. This is unacceptable to me and no way to run a business. Feel free to contact me at 610-985-7508

More parking spots to leave cars there while using rentals. The truck could've used a car wash but it worked fine. Not a fan of $4.50/gallon to refuel. The guy who got the truck when I returned it was super helpful!

Limited parking and challenging entrances and exits . When I returned the truck a fed ex truck making a delivery was "parked" right in the front of the exit. Myself and two other cars had to back up down the drive way because he had blocked the exit. Annoying and not safe .

I was charged safe ride insurance when i had clearly opted out online. Additionally the extra dolly in the truck was cumbersome and i didnt want it to begin with, but could not remove it without being charged for it.
