The truck had a leak and damaged our mattress, box spring and table. Additionally, the truck cab smelled of cigarette smoke and passenger door did not close tightly.

When I returned the truck, no one was around. I waited 15 minutes, honked the horn twice, then called the office, she texted the other employees twice, no show. So, I locked the truck, and walked into the office to hand in the keys.

The lot is tiny and there are so many trucks - it's very stressful. If you get there 15 minutes BEFORE closing time they make you know how much you are inconveniencing them. Very poor customer service.

The trailer smelled terribly of fish when picked up. Had to clean and still was awful. Our things smelled!!! Also traveled in rain and it leaked all over our things. Not a good experience!!!

Called this location yesterday and was placed on hold long enough for my wife and I to drive to the location (roughly 3 miles with traffic), I enter the room and see the two men at the counter, they asked how they could help me, and I reply you put me on hold, pick up the phone.... long story short, answer was they were busy, in a crappy tone, although I was the only customer there?

The Equipment answer represents a "qualified" Yes... Trailer rented was extremely old (clean though), and rust evident throughout (one fender was welded together due to seperation by rust) Need to consider withdrawing many yrs old equipment........

Young guy at checkout didn't tell us that we need to return on back side and have to park there. Checkin - this is the worst experience I ever had. After standing in the queue I come to know I have to return back on back side. There was only 1 parking spot available which was super narrow. I parked there very carefully and then checkin person said bring the truck here, he will not come there. Van was 10 foot steps away from him. I requested that since this is super narrow space and nobody told me to retun on back side, can he come at parking spot and checkin. He said no. It wasted 15min in all this and bring back van to him, 10 foot steps away from him . Then we mentioned that nobody told us during checkout about we have to return on back side instead of parking back in available spots and returning keys in checkout office. Otherwise we would have directly came on back side Then checkin guy said this is not possible since he has trained that young guy, his way of talking to us makes us feel that we are lieing. He was very rude in talking and arguing very badly to me and my wife. We feel super insulted during checkin. We decided never ever come back to this uhaul location. I would request to take strong steps against this checkin guy who checks van and completes checkin on back side of uhaul office. I would give 0 outof 10 to him.

The only thing I did not like is having to inspect the truck on my own; take pictures and upload them, etc... This new process is so time consuming and frustrating. Customers should have a choice whether they want to inspect on their own or have a uhaul employee assist.

The computer system was down and they charged me extra for gas but never gave me a print out or double checked.

Great staff and great location. I left my keys in the van that I rented. I called them, they retrieved said lost keys and kept it for safekeeping until I returned a couple of hours later. Very helpful and nice staff.

Was charged for 2.5 gallons of gas. I was to return with 3/8 tank as when picked up. I returned with almost half a tank. These guys are scamming the customers. New employees and management is highly recommended.
