Great experience until Angel called with an attitude and left a message wondering where my truck was. I had returned it and hour earlier...then she apologized and said something about going to get someone in trouble. Step your phone game up if you're going to make calls.

Everything was great except for the website! Returning after hours was ridiculous because of how slowly the pages loaded. When I almost finished, the website crashed and I had to restart the slow process. If I had not arrived at least 30 minutes before my check in time, I would not have made it.

Site does not work sometimes. Could not reserve the first time, the user guide check box wasn't showing. When returning truck after hours, I could not create an account online. It said an error had occurred.

We booked a 26 foot truck online a month ahead, the day before they called to inform me that the only trucks available where the 15 footers. When we got there to get the truck, the employ that helped us had obviously not been train properly to use the computer system and had to ask what looked like the manager multiple time for help. He was on the phone with another Uhaul store where he continuously used curse words on the phone in front of customers. After multiple failed attempts with the computer, the employee helping us abandoned ship on us and passed us to another employee. She was able help, she was fast and had great customer service. While we were finally getting our truck, the guy that we thought was the manager got asked by a different customer for help. At first he said he would be with the customer in a minute to then turn around and pass him on to the emplyee helping us. The expiernce that we encountered was by far the worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waist your time or money at this location, it’s not worth it.

In spite of executing the "expedited" advance registration online we had to give the UHaul representative all the information again. It was also inconvenient and a waste of time to have to drive to a location away from the hotel desk in order to pick up the truck.

Extremely frustrating that they made me fill up the tank to 5/8ths of a tank instead of a full tank. had to go to the gas station twice to ensure it was filled up correctly and not overfull. Feels like Uhaul was scamming me to try and get me to overfill to get free gas.

upon returning the truck after driving 8 miles, they attempted to charge me for (2) gallons of gas! I went inside to speak with someone and they waived all charges. I used to think U-haul was a reliable business but now I think they are just like everyone else- trying to scam people as much as possible to make a buck. Unfortunate.

Staff is very helpful



False advertising with the 19.95 price. Charged 89.00 per day which is 4 times as much. Could have rented a truck at Enterprise for half that amount. Was never explained the true cost upfront.

Keys were “lost” upon returning them after hours to drop box. We called approximately 10 minutes after drop off and spoke with an employee as we had left our garage opener. The next morning we received an alarming phone call while driving to the store to retrieve our garage opener. We spent 30 minutes waiting for the keys to be located.

The site is too small. Insufficient customer parking and difficult to maneuver trucks. Self-check in took much longer than regular. Might want to more prominently advertise your tank fill-up requirements. An unpleasant surprise after my $19.95 rental had already increased to $50+ with CDI waiver and mileage. $0.69/mi should have covered gas too.

Your staff saved me!! I needed a car carrier urgently and your team responded swiflty and professionally. The drop off equipment was seamless and hassle free. The gentleman that checked in the equipment was a very polite and courteous guy, same story with the front desk folks when I picked up the equipment. Cool stuff going on at that location, very positive experience. Big Thank You !!

I did appreciate that the person at this location help me move the reservation to a different location so that I would save on the per mile by just getting the UHaul where I was getting furnitures instead of driving up then driving down. Since it was my first time renting I wish that they would have asked if I needed equipments like dollies, moving blankets, tie downs etc. even it cost extra at least I would have appreciated being asked because it’s something that some people might need. Good thing I didn’t need them because my uncle had them but if he didn’t then I would have been that someone without the right equipments. Also since I received a truck that had quarter tank of gas left I wasn’t told that I wasn’t going to get refunded on the gas I didn’t use which I full tanked it and returned it with more than half the tank.

The gentleman who set it up in the office, the pickup and drop off trailer techs, were all very polite and couldnt be a better group of guys. No issues what so ever which is why I continue to drive all of the way to your specific location. In fact, I’d be willing to take them all out for a drink, with the first round on me, as we watch a game/fight or two on tv at a sports bar. I’d also like to thank them for their willingness to hear me chatter about my personal life as we hooked up the trailer. Again, amazing group of guys. Who ever worked on 10/16/17 and 10/17/16 at 6:45pm on both days, you guys know who you are, you’re awesome!
