Good Morning, I rented this Uhaul at the end of the day to go pick up mulch from my greenery the next morning. I let the front desk know that is what I was planning to do. We went to pick up the mulch and I, was told that that we could not load it into that vehicle. I then promptly returned the vehicle at 8AM the next morning. I asked for a refund because I couldn't use the vehicle for my original intention. May I please have a refund on this rental? I will then write an extremely positive review on yelp. For a billion dollar company very poorly runned. Vehicle has light on need oil changed , no gas in truck and credit card system did not work took 5 times and staff seemed short handed.

Employees in the office seemed to not be very customer friendly. One of the guys in particular seemed to have a bad attitude. The only person that was nice and personable was the guys outside doing all the hard work dispatching and receiving equipment. I would recommend finding out what the deal is with the office crowd to see whats bugging them.

Office and yard staff were Unprofessional , truck was filthy , old and difficult to start. When I was talking to the girl at the counter with my concerns the guy next to her ask her to be quite because he was talking to a customer. Really? I am a customer too. The truck had a major gas tank leak which scared the hell out of me. The puddle of gas that leaked was 3’-4’ wide under the truck , had something sparked near by it could have caught fire.

You guys greedy to much charged me why don’t tell me about the policy and you charge me 25 dollar for cleaning , I’ll come there about my receipt ok maybe next week ,, it’s my first time to rent the uhaul and not good in service

The truck was clean but it was old and ran a little rough. The headlights worked but did not provide enough light to see the road when driving at night and I actually thought it was dangerous to drive at night. I will recommend this location but caution people to ensure the trucks are in good order before driving away and that the headlights actually provide enough light to see the road..

The online pick up was SO EASY. the only problem was my phone (my carrier's fault) but the process from your company's side went VERY well. We walked inside because we thought my phone was dead and was going to attempt to check in at the counter. We ended up reviving my phone and completing the online checkin but the location looked to be very well staffed and your people were getting customers out the door and into the truck very quickly. Dropping the truck off was easy too - your guy had me out in less than two minutes.

Truck not clean, but don't care... It's a truck. "Express" check in was a complete waste of time. Used it several months ago no problems. Tried again today and the "agent verification" step made the whole thing a waste of time. Somehow my driver's license want good enough and the agent wanted a second form of ID! Wtf? And be I don't normally carry two forms of ID. I'm told to talk to a person inside. This person is totally confused but eventually figures out what went wrong. Apparently this is a common problem? Then why had this not been fixed yet? Very disappointed



Was smooth and they were very professional, we will use then again.

I rented 3 hand trucks and 4 furniture dolly's on 12-20-17 and returned them on 12-22-17. The employee working the lot was the same person who loaded and unloaded my rental items. When I dropped them off, he stated I didn't need to go into the office and I was good to go. On 12-28-17, I received a call from the U-Haul office stating I had an open contract? I informed them the same with what I stated above and later received my final invoice via email. So, better communication between the office and lot employees is my only opinion. Other than this. I would also add that this U-Haul facility and service provider is one of the best I've used and I have used many in the past. HAPPY NEW YEAR, Robert Walloch

The after hours checking in process is a pain in the ass

The guy helping me was new. And the woman training him was very rude to him. She took over at one point and froze the small computer that we use for paying and authorization because she kept hitting it to hard to speed things up. Unfortunately it made things worse and the new hire walked away very upset and a third person had to help me. I think if she had taken her tie and showed him what to do instead of assuming he knew my check out wouldn’t have taken three attempts and he wouldn’t have gotten upset. He was very nice just didn’t know what to do....

Lot area is very small making it difficult to return a trailer and park



Inside the cab smelled like somebody vomited in it, and then tryed to mask it with deodorizer. It smelled horrible luckily i was only using it in town. Staff was friendly and helpful, but truck cab reeked.
