Speed up the checkin process. Person in lot getting us equipment seemed overwhelmed and didn’t really look over trailer. After we discovered a slash in tire sidewall we were given a different trailer but it added another half hour to the checkout time.

3rdtime renting, first time the contract was explained and I was given a choice of drop off points. Ajoi was great at explaining everything.

Wayne was rude. And unfriendly. While returning the truck, he heard me asking a friend where to turn in the keys and he didn’t say anything until I started walking towards the office. Once we started he told me the fuel wasn’t where it was supposed to be so he charged me the extra mileage, i topped off the tank. The tank was full. Will never return to this location again.

Pls wash the exterior of the truck. I was trying to return a 32x 70 tv box at Uhaul & they told me that without the receipt i cannot get a refund. I bought it at the same time i reserved the truck so they should have a record of my purchase.

My original location for pick up was supposed to be lemon grove on Massachusetts ave in California. I scheduled my uhaul to drive from California to New York my husband is in the military and we were being relocated he had to be at work on Wednesday 6-6-18 scheduled our uhual a week in advance they told me that they would call me the day before to confirm pick up time never once got a phone call so I called them before they closed they told me 10am which is was great so we could pack up the trailer and head out by 12pm. We get to the location and they promised me a military discount than the manager was like we don't do that on our trailers the lady I booked the trailer with told me I was going to be getting 10% off I confirmed that 3 times he than left to go speak with the women who told me about the discount comes back and was like we don't have the trailer and the person who was supposed to be returning it today is not answering the phone. In the entire state of California they did not have a 6x12 trailer. So they said by 4pm they will call us and let us know if they got in touch with the people. So now we were supposed to leave by 12 its 4pm no response so I had to travel an hour away and get a 5x7 had to leave half our stuff behind. How do you run a business promise people a trailer and don't even have one in the state of California. Absolutely ridiculous never again will I use uhaul

NOT HAPPY AT ALL I WAS TOLD THAT IF I PAY FOR THE 1ST 100 MILE AT .79 A MILE THAT ANY MILES PAST THE FIRST 100 WOULD BE .20 CENT? 1ST .79 x 100 = $79.00 THEN EVERY MILE AFTER THAT IT WOULD BE .20 CENTS NOT .79 ? SO I'M NOT SURE WHY I'M BEING CHARGED SO MUCH MORE BY THE MILE ALSO FOR THE TIME I HAD THE TRUCK IT SEEMS I HAVE AS MANY CONTRACTS ? THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE BEEN MOVING AND NOT LOOKING AT MY EMAIL AND YET I HAVE SIX DIFFERENTCONTRACTS OVER AN 11, DAY PERIOD FROM WHAT SEEMS TO BE A DIFFERENT PERSON EACH TIME?

Staff treated me as second class customer. Jeffrey Revette told me someone would bring my rental truck out and ask me to wait just outside. I waited at least 10 minutes outside and then went back in to ask where is my rental truck. Jeffrey realized that no one is bringing it out, he said he would go and get the truck himself and asked me to wait outside. I waited again more than 10 minutes. No truck came. Another staff (short hair with a beard) walked passed by me, wave his him over his shoulder and said "come", "follow me" (bad attitude). I asked him is he going to get the truck for me and he reply yes. We walked to the other end of the corner, and I saw Jeffrey was helping another customer. Right there I realize I was being treated as a second class customer; he prioritize helping another customer over me. The other staff told me simply "Stay" like I was his pet. He then went to get the truck. A moment later, he asked Jeffrey to help him get the truck out over the radio. After Jeffrey finished helping the other customer, he went to get my rental truck. I do want to mention that Jeffrey is polite and courteous, however, I do not appreciate how he chose to help other customer after he told me he was going to get my rental truck. I waited at least 30 minutes before I got my rental truck. The other staff is just rude. Also Sonia Maldonado from U-Haul International emailed me to ask if I am interest in helping transfer a trailer that is on my route. She misspelled my name...

We had the van parked in the lot near the front and went to turn in the key. The person behind the counter told us we had to move it. We accidently scratched the van and got charged for it when we pulled into a different location.

The employee Kevin was openly displeased about receiving another customer for drop off that was not on his reported schedule. He said "it was another thing for him to do." He seems like a nice guy, but this work attitude should be kept from the customer.

I was there yesterday & the 2 people Man & a Woman were very slow it took me 50 min. just to get my receipt when I return the truck. Very poor service, I will never go back to that location again Mission in Escondido is better they really made me wait for so long, very bad experience.

The only complaint I have is that the location is very difficult to access and park. It is a crazy location without anywhere to drive or park without having to back up or move the car to other spaces. The attendants were helpful and I took care of most paperwork before I got there so it all went pretty smoothly. Check in was pretty normal, pretty quick.
