Facility claims to have access for moving in and moving out. Items from your storage, but yet they block. The access areas or the trucks can back up to the loading area.And all of the return trucks are blocking that area.So there is no access. Oh, so that particular area is extremely dark. And unsafe once the sun sets. You shouldn't advertise that the facility has access. If you're going to block the access area with returning trucks. To feed the purpose of having access, in addition, is false advertising if you're not really providing open access.

The only thing I didn’t like about my initial is there was some big corner section of my unit blocked off with some hvac unit or something. So I didn’t get the full space. Would’ve been nice to get discounted for that loss of space but overall everything else was good.

The elevator was never out of order and for sure this facility was only made great by the staff. There is a young man that works at this facility his first name is Andrew. I do not know his last name. This guy was amazing. He was always very professional very courteous, very knowledgeable and he worked every angle of this facility. I would pay my monthly bill over-the-counter to Andrew and minutes later I would be renting a truck from Andrew on the other side of the facility. If I did not know better, I would believe he had a twin brother. Andrew is the reason I stayed month after month at U-Haul. I appreciate the opportunity to tell the truth about this young man. The location is very busy, but the team manages it well and keeps things moving smoothly. Amber in particular stands out. After just one visit she remembered my name, and now she greets me every time I come in. That level of attentiveness really surprised me given how many customers they handle. She’s always helpful, friendly, and organized, and she makes you feel like a priority even when things are clearly busy. I’ve noticed the same positive attitude from the rest of the team as well. They balance the fast pace with professionalism and a smile. Great facility and great service. I definitely recommend this location.
