Lock box locks are old and very difficult to open. The window on the truck was filthy and I couldn’t get it cleaned. Truck was old. Better directions on where the trucks are parked and location of the lock box.
Clinton CWhile the pick-up/drop-off process works seamlessly, the truck is in very poor condition, warning lights on, AC not cooling, driving wheel cover torn, etc, etc. It's disgusting.
