Truck was missing the items (dolly and furniture pads) that I had requested. Had to move without them. Back of truck also had a pile of dirt in it from a previous user and wasn’t cleaned out when I picked up the truck. Smooth check in and out however.

No help, the truck was almost empty and the transmission rev’ed super high uncontrollably.
Timothy BHere are the issues I experienced with this location: 1. It took almost 30 minutes for your representative to process the contract. 2. I was giving wrong 15’ truck when I reserved 10’, had to spent additional time to process exchange. 3. Truck had zero fuel, I had to add gas tank (took me additional time and money) I contacted UHaul and request $25 refund for fuel, but you representative was not able to process this request. 4. AC was not working, it was very uncomfortable to use this truck, 5. Speedometer was not working, was not able to check the mileage of the truck. Overall it was my worst experience using UHaul so far.
