The physical rental truck was fine, but the app check-in experience was frustrating. The app initially wouldn't allow my to upload photos and the odometer and fuel level readings were wrong. I had to call customer service to get a link for web check in to complete the check out process. When I returned the vehicle, I had similar issues checking the vehicle in and again had to call customer service. I mentioned the fuel level was wrong and that there were no moving blankets or dolly as originally requested. It took days for the final receipt to be issued, and I was charged additional fuel and for the blankets and dolly I never got to use. Very frustrating.

Lashaunda WIt was a very bare bones location with only 1 U-Haul van available for rent. I was charged for CDW even though I declined it when making the reservation online. I had originally made a reservation at another location, but then had to change it to this location because the van I had reserved was no longer available. I specifically told the person at this facility that I wanted to decline the CDW coverage. It was still put on my contract. I didn't have a chance to review the contract before signing it because I was only shown the screen on the cell phone that allowed for my signature and nothing else. There was no attempt to review the contract before I signed it. Having to do the entire contract on a cell phone app which was all this facility had was not satisfactory.
