Terrible experience!!!! Your customer service team member at your 800 number was the only helpful person encountered on this trip. I’ve always used U-HAUL and I was shocked by this experience and will consider another rental company for future rentals which will be many with two college aged kids.

This location is very bad. No one answer the phone all the time.

Site required electronic check in and code for pick up (it took longer than expected) then again, furniture moving dollies and protective blankets were required but were not loaded into truck; at return, the electronic returning system was not working

The lock on the truck was stuck and when I called, the guy blew me off and laughed at me when I told him the lock was stuck. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I also reserved a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. No where does it say that that locations does not have a dolly. Thankfully I wasn't charged. Also, the gas tank was not full at all.
