My recent experience with U-Haul was deeply disappointing and concerning. On the day we picked up the equipment, we specifically asked the U-Haul representative to assist with attaching the car dolly to our truck. He agreed to help, but unfortunately, the dolly was connected improperly. As a result, our vehicle became detached during transit, leading to significant damage. This incident raises serious concerns about the safety protocols and training of U-Haul staff.
