When I rent for a day it means 24 hours. So when I get the truck at 8pm it’s due by8pm the next day. Not 5:30. You charged me a second day even though I disputed the second day charge and explained my reasoning. I’ve put up with your software crap causing me to lose a work day twice because it kept putting Gilbert in place of my name so you think you would could be more understanding. This is poor customer service and you need to resolve this issue if you want my continued business.
