The staff was friendly but did not close out my reservation at the time I turned in the vehicle. They also did not indicate that I returned the furniture pads and I was charged for them. I used the chat feature in the app to address my concerns regarding the extra fees. For the most part this was okay but I did not get resolution regarding the extra fees for the equipment that was returned. I would recommend purchasing your own furniture pads from harbor freight as the quality is much better and you don’t risk being overcharged and dealing with the frustration of disputing extra charges. The parking lot to return the vehicle was also inconvenient to the office. There was no good walkway between them.

First, I reserved a dolly for my move out, and the clerk says, oh we ran out of them! That what a reservation is for. TOO HOLD THEM! It was soo hard without one. Then we came in the morning at 9:30 on a Friday, and no one was there, office locked! I also asked, could you cut my lock for me? Answer, no we don't have that equipment right now. Very poor service, I just don't think people are trained anymore. You just hire people off the street with no training.

James SSuggestion: they ned to have signs pointing to the entrance of Guard Dog Storage. Since I just saw a lot with uhauls in it, I parked the trailer but had to ask two landscaping guys where the entrance was. Thank God he saw people coming out of the entrance and getting into uhauls. Once inside the attendents customer service was EXCELLENT!!!
Lawanda HApp was really slow so the check out and check in took longer then what was expected. Also when I went to pick up the U-Haul the store was late opening because they couldn’t open or get in to open. The place I was scheduled to get truck from couldn’t get the truck I reserved a week out relocated me to a different location that was further out and didn’t even credit me the miles for the difference so I had to pay for the extra miles I had to drive out of the way.
