Benito RWhen I went inside to ask for help, I stood there for five minutes before giving up. I never got my roller dolly, which I was still charged for, because the staff weren't inside. When I finally found the only person working outside, the truck was parked precariously close to another truck and there was a cement picnic table behind it. They said some random person who worked at the food truck would move it for me. I declined as I am liable for damages they may cause. I will never rent from here again. Terrible experience and zero help from the staff. I don't usually mind English as a second language but the woman working barely understood me. Would not recommend and will not be going back. Ever.
