I asked for an appliance dolly and was instead given a utility dolly. I was not able to upload pictures of truck at check in using the app. I called for assistance and mentioned the dolly issue. She adjusted the price but my receipt looks like I was charged twice.
RICHARD KOnly thing I would add is the office location to the trailer location is divided by a drainage ditch…someone needs to build a bridge. Several of the male customers didn’t mind walking thru the ditch but I did. Other than that the representatives were very nice.
