Three things: 1) Need much bigger signs to show where to drop off vehicles. The small "equipment drop" sign in such a tight area does not suffice. 2) Need a sign to clarify that keys just need to be dropped off after when done. I waited in line 20 minutes only to find out that I just had to hand my keys over the counter - the team can do better here. 3) The van worked great, but the outside was very dirty. I only mention this because it is a primary indicator in your survey - in reality it didn't bother me. Thanks for your support today.

i've rented here several times... every CARGO VAN i've rented is BEYOND FILTHY ! this location does NOT WASH or CLEAN VANS ! DIRTY exterior and interiors ! i could barely see out of the windshields ! interior lights had NO COVERS... cut my head w a lot of bleeding bumping into one w sharp edges... i won't rent here again

The young woman who handled the counter (solo) is fantastic. She skips back and forth between three computer terminals to keep the line moving during check-in and check-out. Give her a raise!

When I arrived to pick up my rental truck the guy in the yard started waving and shouting at me. "You can't park in here, the only parking is in the street." I told him I was being dropped off. There was plenty of room. The truck was real dirty. I washed it when I got it to my house. When I went in the office there were only 2 people. I was lucky to go right up to one employee but when I left there were about 10 people waiting. They have 4 or 5 spots at the counter but only 2 people on a busy Saturday and Sunday. When I returned the truck no one told me I would get an email receipt so I waited in line for 45 minutes until the email arrived with my receipt. I went up to the counter and asked if I needed to come to the counter and I was told No. So I wasted all that time. There are no signs to help tell you what to do either.

Location was brilliant, people at location were brilliant but the was no TRUCKS!!! Why does the website let you book inventory that is not available... Needs some work on the internal CRM systems

It was easy to reserve online and the staff was very friendly and efficient ...even with a long line we were processed quickly and graciously. The truck was waiting for us the minute we finished the paperwork and everyone on the team seemed to work cohesively which was very nice to see. Good job.

Monica was exteamly friendly and helpful. The other two employees working were absolutely horrible. Monica simply asked one female employee that was not doing anything at the time to bring my truck around. That employee looked at Monica, and with attitude simply said "No". She then continued to stand behind the desk area and not do anything. Then when I returned the next morning to get the auto transport a male employee was giving me attitude about the auto transporter and then would not help me get it out of its parking spot. The trailer was only two to three inches from touching the side of a truck and it took me a while to backup to it and posistion myself so I could connect to it as well as not have the trailer move any closure to the truck so as not to damage property. I feel extremely sorry for Monica. She is a super friendly and helpful employee where the other two are the exact opposite. The way the two employees interacted with the me the customer and with Monica was unacceptable. She is in a very toxic work environment. This was a externally bad experience. I have used your company or been to the offices with friends to help move on many other occasions. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. (Except for Monica)

I am new around here , because I arrived 15 min late than usual the stuff refuse to help me and they told you should cheak out yourself. i am new and not professional with this things. it take me alots of time to understand and finish it. poor customer service. they dont really care. just the girl who rent me the truck was nice. all stuff leave the job in front of mre you can see the camera recording.

The employees at the location were very disrespectful When i turned the van in, the employee gave me a hard time because i did not park the van in the spot that he preferred. Then i asked him a question and he didnt respond. Then the check in employee was not very helpful and made a flippant remark which i did not appreciate As I told him on my way out, the competition is right down the street

Staff was rude and unruly, I asked where to park and and was told the parking lot to left, so I parked there, then the yard manager swore at me and told me to park in a different lot so I moved, then was yelled at by someone else to park in a different area! Three workers yelled at me, one swore. I had my infant daughter in the car and just needed to know where to park! I was getting pushed around and treated terribly! The movers we booked through U-Haul we’re three hours late! They completely shattered our dresser, broke the leg off of our crib, smashed a $6,000 table, and pretty much knicked up and trashed all of our belongings, literally throwing things not the truck! We have it on video, after we asked them to just leave. We’re filing a lawsuit now which isn’t fun. Not to mention the trailer hitch we ordered wasn’t there when we arrived so we had to drive an hour away to get one, then drove back to our car at the other U-Haul and no one would help us put it on because the “technician” wasn’t going to be in for three more days! Finally after a half hour of my husband pleading with the staff some random guy working there just did it for us really quickly. U-Haul needs to be shut down! We will never use your company again. Because if all of this I had to change my flight and was charged a fee, my husband drove the U-Haul two days late and we were late moving into our new home in San Diego. I had to stay at a hotel alone with my baby and it was really expressive... we’re exhauted and feel commoleyely defeated.
