The people there were sooo helpful! Everyone grabbed a box or something I had rented and helped bring them outside without me asking. They are super friendly, and when a couple of my plans went sideways and I had to extend the rental agreement, they were so incredibly nice about it. I would use their services every time over Penske trucks just because of the people. The 15 foot truck I rented was really old, but ran just fine. They could use a little upgrade on a couple of the trucks but I had no problems at all with the equipment or the people who run the company in Sandpoint!! 10 stars out of 10 I’m going to drop off a couple moving blankets I forgot to return and tell them all of this in person. Kindest regards to everyone looking to rent a moving truck. Go to the Uhaul off of HWY 2. They will bend over backwards to accommodate you. 😊

LINDA FIt was an easy pick-up day. The man went above norms to get our tralier light connector to work. The return was just easy as well.
JOHN GI've used a lot of Uhaul locations, and this, by far and away, is the best. Not to say the other ones aren't fantastic (well, except for that one in Aberdeen) - but this one stands out as the best.
